William Leroy Boyles

William L Boyles, 86, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2023, in Eufaula, OK. William was born on September 25, 1936, in Doniphan, Missouri, the son of WIlliam and Jewel (Little) Boyles. He joined the National Guard in 1951. He then enlisted in the United States Marines in 1954 and served for fifteen years before being honorably discharged. He retired from Consolidated Freightways after 25 years of employment. On July 3, 1995, William married Charlotte Bass. He enjoyed fishing, taking long trips on the Harley with Charlotte and family, teaching the kids to hunt and story telling.

Survivors include: his wife, Charlotte, of the home; children, Cheryl Boyles, Hazel Boyles, Charity Boyles and step sons Todd Leifker and Alan Leifker; brother, Duwane McGonigal; sisters Ethelee Russel, Betty Allan, and Karen Andrews; twenty grandchildren; forty-one great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, many siblings, two sons Ricky Boyles and William Boyles, a daughter Debbie Boyles and three grandchildren Christopher Burke, Kalvin Boyles and Scott Earll.
