Virginia Lee Leeper

Virginia Lee Laughlin Leeper, 71, of Porum, passed away on July 12, 2019 at the Eufaula Manor Nursing Home. Virginia was born on January 28, 1948 in Eufaula, Oklahoma to Audie and Angeline (Overbey) Laughlin. She attended school at Eufaula. Virginia worked as a caretaker. She enjoyed going to the casino, concerts, and spending time with her family. Survivors include: sons: Freddie "Dewayne" Nixon and spouse, T.J., of Eufaula; and Bonnie "Leo" Nixon, of Porum; daughters: Kathy Jones and spouse, Jimmy, of Henryetta and Sherry Baldwin and spouse, Jason, of Weleetka; sister, Doris Beaver and spouse, Ronald, of Checotah; brother in-law, Nubbin Graham; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gerald Henderson; son, Danny Joe Webb; brothers: Leon Laughlin, Bobby Laughlin, and Russell Lanham; and sisters: Evelyn Sturgeon and Lillie Mae Graham. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
