Tura Lee (Mickey) Fowler, 68, of Muskogee, passed away Monday, January 18, 2021, at her home. Tura was born on January 16, 1953 in California, the daughter of Burley Ray and Beverly (Lewis) Mickey. She graduated from high school in Paso Robles, California. On November 6, 1970, Tura married Clinton Dale Fowler in Paso Robles. After moving to Oklahoma, Tura attended Connors State College. She began attending Ash Street Baptist Church in 1975 and became a member that same year. She attended every one of the youth church camps. Tura worked at the Hastings Hospital Snack Bar for 15 years. Memaw’s favorite joy was taking care of her grandbabies, playing music and singing. She loved children. Survivors include: her husband, Clinton, of the home; her son, Tony Fowler and wife Kathy of Ratcliff, Arkansas; her daughters, Crystal Howard and husband Jeff of Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma, Tracy Probst and husband Fred of Wagoner, Oklahoma, Chantel Fowler of Muskogee and Nichole Davis and husband Wade of Oktaha; her sisters, Roberta Doolan and husband Bill of Ratcliff, Arkansas, Bobbie Jo Richardson and husband Stanley of Clarksville, Arkansas, Eva Armstrong and husband Johnny of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Esther Fortner and husband David of Clarksville, Arkansas; nine grandchildren, Shawn Fowler and wife Ty-Tiona, Skylar Fowler and wife Julie, Derek Marshall and wife Cora, Wyatt Probst and wife Kenzie, Tyler Probst and wife Carissa, Nathan Howard, Mariah Probst, Lane Howard and Aubree Davis, and seven great grandchildren, Kayla Fowler, Nathanial Fowler, Tate Fowler, Remington Fowler, Zoey Probst, Trace Probst and Mason Probst. Memaw was known by many and loved by all. She is preceded in death by her parents.
