Timothy Charles Dixon, 70, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at his home. Timothy was born on December 15, 1950 in Eufaula, Oklahoma to Lawrence and Jerlene (Batson) Dixon. He attended school at Booker T. Washington and graduated from Eufaula High School in 1970. On April 1, 1972, Timothy married Cathy Shine in Eufaula. He worked as a bus driver for twenty-two years before retiring from Regional Transport Agency in Los Angeles, California. Timothy was a member of the Dickerson Chapel AME Church in Eufaula. He enjoyed fishing and remodeling homes. Survivors include: his mother, Jerlene Dixon, of Eufaula; son, Timothy Dixon, Jr. and wife, Chanel, of Marietta, GA; daughter Tonya Dixon, of Wichita, KS; step son, Sherwin K. Myles; step daughter, Sheronya K. Simmons, both of Los Angeles, CA; sisters: Janice McGowan, of Los Angeles, CA; and Beverly Carlis, of Dallas, TX; brothers, Paul Dixon of Eufaula and Victor Echols of Birmingham, AL; three grandchildren: Jeffrey McIntosh, Timeya Dixon, and Chanel Waters; and four step grandchildren: Sherele Myles, Terrell Myles, Sherwin Myles, Jr., and Je' Anna Blevins. He is preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Dixon and two brothers: Lawrence Dixon, Jr. and Steve Dixon.
