Thomas "Tom" Franklin Engle, 79, of Eufaula passed away on January 14, 2024, at the St. Francis Hospital in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Tom was born on April 20, 1944, in Dayton, Ohio to Kenneth and Edna Pauline (Hermann) Engle. He graduated from Fairmont High School in 1962. Tom worked as an engineer for General Motors. On May 19, 1979, he married Deborah "Debi" Ann Moskewicz in Centerville, Ohio. They were happily married for almost forty-five years and raised four children together. He was a member of the Boot Heads Club in Dayton, Ohio. In 1979, Tom was transferred to Oklahoma by General Motors. He retired from General Motors in 1997, after working thirty-eight years. He enjoyed watching television, especially his Green Bay Packers, boating, traveling and spending time with his family.
Survivors include: his wife, Deborah "Debi" Engle, of the home; son, Timothy Engle and spouse Melissa, of Peoria, AZ; daughters, Tara Terrell and spouse Robert, of Stigler, OK and Tiffany Johnson, of Eufaula, OK; brother, James Engle and spouse Sharon, of Centerville, OH; grandchildren: Chelseana O'Leary, Kelli Stephens, Adrean Parks and spouse Chris, Chris Demaree, Dan Stephens, Matthew Cottman, Corey Hoskins and spouse Makayla; great grandchildren: Serenity Overton, Axel Overton, Gabriel Willingham, Ariana Willingham, Jaiden Stephens, and Easton Cottman. He is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Edna Engle, one daughter, Dawn O'Leary, and two brothers: Dale and Jerry Engle.
