Thomas Eugene Brown

Thomas Eugene Brown, 71, of Canadian, passed away Friday, January 29, 2016 at his home. Thomas was born on October 16, 1944 in Butler County, Missouri the son of Otis and Effie Leon (Burnett) Brown. He was raised in Butler County Missouri. He lived in Nebraska and worked operating heavy equipment and as a job supervisor on jobs from Nebraska to California, Wyoming to Texas. He moved dirt all of his life. On October 2, 1969, Thomas married Pamela Joy Wilder. They were happily married for forty-six years. In 2006, Tom retired and move with his wife to the Lake Eufaula area. He loved to fish and could be seen on the golf cart with his dog "Littlebit Brown". Survivors include: his wife, Pamela, of the home; his sons, Thomas Jr. of Nebraska and Michael of California; his daughters, Lori of Colorado Springs, and Julie of Nebraska; his sister, Peggy Nall and husband Frank of Missouri and sister-in-law, Shelby also of Missouri. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild. Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and two sisters.
