Tevin Terell Choat

Tevin was born on July 4, 1992, in Muskogee, Oklahoma the son of Ramon Harrell Fourshey and Karri Ann Choat. He attended school at Eufaula and graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 2011. Tevin was employed with a moving company for five years. He was a member of the Wayland Baptist Church. Survivors include: his son, Houston Christian of Muskogee; his parents, Ramon Fourshey and Karri Ann Choat; his paternal grandmother Shirley Fourshey of Atlanta, Georgia; his brothers, Donavon Fourshey of Tulsa, Tajuan Alexander of Tulsa, Jamarri Williams of Tulsa, Makael Lewis and Zachary Anderson also of Tulsa; his sisters, Megan Choat of Muskogee, Amillion Lewis of Tulsa, Kyra Thigpen of Tulsa and Sydniann Fourshey of Atlanta, Georgia. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Donna and Stephen Choat and his paternal grandfather, Harvey Fourshey.
