Takoda is survived by his parents, Madison Smith and Raine Carlton; maternal grandparents: Rebbekka Smith, Jerry Smith and Misty McCollum; paternal grandparents, Roger Carlton and Nellwyn Carlton; aunts and uncles, Xander and Mason Smith, River Carlton and Heather Smith; uncle, Austin Sasser and aunt, Taylor Spaulding; great uncles: Tony Pollard and Seth Dearman; and cousins, Colton and Collin Carlton. He is preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Roger Carlton; sibling, Dakoda Carlton; great-grandmother, Evelyn Pollard; and uncle, Rodney Dale Carlton.
