Sunday Leo Hill, Jr., 65, of Eufaula, passed away on March 1, 2021 at the Hillcrest South Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Sunday was born on May 15, 1955 in Checotah, Oklahoma to Siah Leo Sr. and Elizabeth (Phillips) Hill. He attended Eufaula Public Schools and Sequoyah Boarding School. Sunday served in the Oklahoma National Guard. On September 12, 1982, he married Phyllis Annette Hill and to this union one son was born. Sunday worked for Muscogee Creek Nation as Head of Security Officer. He attended Okfuskee Baptist Church. He liked to fish, go to the casino, and bead. Sunday's favorite thing was spending time with his grandson, Ian. Survivors include: one son, Nicholas Hill and wife, Deanna, of Eufaula; one grandson, Ian Hill; two brothers: Levi Hill, of Tulsa; and Commey Hill, of Eufaula; and two sisters: Betsy Hill and Jeanetta Hill, both of Eufaula. He is preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Juanita Harjo; three brothers: Thomas Hill, Dunson Hill, and Colbert Hill; and one granddaughter, Cobi Siah Hill.
