Steven Ross Chapman

Steven Ross Chapman, 61, of Eufaula, passed away on June 3, 2020. Steven was born on July 15, 1958 in Garden City, Kansas to Harold William and Beatrice Joy (Higinbotham) Chapman. He graduated from Wilburton High School in 1976. Steven played football, where he and his teammates made it to the State Championships in 1975. Steven married Tracy Joy Stanford on September 24, 2006 in Eufaula, Oklahoma. They were happily married for fourteen years. He worked as a truck driver for the oilfield. Survivors include: wife, Tracy Joy Chapman, of the home; daughters: Teresa Ivey, of Eufaula, OK; Tracy Martin and husband, Tristan, of Red Oak, OK; brother, Scott Bain, of Eufaula, OK; sister, Pamela Kay Chapman, of Wilburton, OK; grandchildren: Riley, Jaden, Elizabeth, Easton, and Lightning; nephews: Cody and Eldon Bain; and special friends: Scott Bain, Cody Bain, Eldon Bain, Tony Rains, Bob Rains, Dana Hendricks, George Earl Thompson, Kenneth Wilson, Kyle Chapman, Joe Daughtery, Greg Rose, Troy Bullard. He is preceded in death by his parents.
