Shirley Joann Fink Leeper, 80, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2023, at her home. Shirley was born on November 6, 1942, in Mountain Park, Oklahoma, the daughter of Benjamin Franklin and Audie Rae Lemaster Webb. Shirley joined siblings Doris, Wanda June, Bennie Sue, Marion (commonly known as Bear, Man or Frank), Virginia and Barbara. The last two siblings born were Judith and Billy Ray. In 1960, she graduated from Tehachapi High School in California. Shirley married James Fink in 1961. To this union four children were born in California, Doug, Rhonda, Melissa and Russell. The fifth, Audrey was born in Oklahoma. After twenty-three years of marriage, they divorced. Shirley then began working at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary where she met Steve Leeper. In 1985, Shirley married Steve. They were happily married for 38 years. She worked as a correctional counselor at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary for over twenty years. Shirley loved going to church, helping people through her Bounty Outreach Center in Hanna. She especially loved being a "Nana", with a room full of toys for all the grandkids and great grandkids to play with, hauling them to all of their activities and watching them play basketball. She was a member of the Tabernacle of Praise Church in Henryetta.
Survivors include: her husband, Steve, of the home; children, Rhonda Loreen Smith-Robinson, Melissa Joann Fink and husband Roger Stone, Russell Wayne Fink and Audrey Lynn Fink; grandchildren, Donald James Smith and wife Trinity, Michael Robinson and wife Casey, Tiersten Lindley and husband Joshua, Tannor Freeman, Averie Kaler, Heather Colley and husband Kristopher Shawn, Miriam Fink, Naomi Mooney and husband Justin; great grandchildren, Chance Carl Colley, Loren Dee Colley, Shooter Tripp Colley, Waylon Shot Colley, Wyatt James Fink, Wednesday Elaine Fink, Autumn Tess Mooney and Nathaniel Holt Mooney, Braylon Smith, Shelby Smith, Luke Robinson, Lakyn Wood, KK Lindley and Ellecia Freeman; sister, Judith Grayson of Lancaster, California. She is preceded in death by her parents, seven siblings, and a son, Douglas Loren Fink.
