Sheila Rae Jackson-Payne

December 2, 1944 — July 20, 2019

Saturday the 20th of July , Sheila Ray Jackson was greeted within her Savior's loving embrace. She was an only child born to William and Zelma (Watson) Jackson. She graduated from Shawnee High School and attended Oklahoma Baptist University. Sheila married Bruce Ketner with whom she had two sons. In 2008 she married Ed Payne, he preceded her in death in March 2018. For many years Sheila made lifelong friends with her clientele in her downtown Eufaula beauty shop before retiring to enjoy the many travels with Ed and their friends. Sheila was greatly loved by family and friends. Her laugh, love, hugs and smiles will forever be cherished by those who have had the privilege of knowing and loving Sheila. Grandma Sheila adored her grandchildren and furbabies till her heart burst. The memories and love of Sheila will live on in her family she leaves behind that include her sons, Brian (Susan) Ketner, and Jeff (Shelley) Ketner; grandchildren Luke and Jacob Ketner, Caitey, Nicholas and Alaina Ketner; and her furbabies Zues and Simba along with her many Oklahoma "family". Sheila was preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandparents and her beloved Snoopy and Rebel.
