Sandra Kay Harris

Sandra Kay Harris, 72, of Stigler, passed away on May 5,2019 at her home. Sandra was born on February 8, 1947 in Oklahoma City to Homer C. and Mamye Lee (Powell) Barton. Sandra graduated from John Marshall in 1964. On February 13, 1971, Sandra married Jack Harris in Oklahoma City. They were happily married for forty-eight years. She owned and managed an in-home daycare for 29 years. Sandra loved to fish and spend time with her grandkids and great grandkids. She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary, the Piney Creek Community and the Crossroad Cathedral. Survivors include: her husband, Jack L. Harris, of the home; daughters, Tracey Linn Coon and husband Michael, of Little Axe, OK, and Lee Ann Harrell and husband Travis, of Moore, OK; brother, Bob Barton, of Okemah, OK; grandchildren, Nathan Coon, Zachary Coon and wife Mickala, Kayden Harrell, and Kale Harrell; and two great grandchildren, Haivynn Coon and Heston Coon. She is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Jane Barton; great grandchild, Hudson Coon; brother, Gary Barton; and mother in law, Rosa Lee Harris. No services are planned at this time.
