Rv Cogdill

R.V. Cogdill, 79, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Center in Muskogee. R.V. was born on October 10, 1942, in Little Prairie, Missouri, the son of Ophelius Cogdill. He attended Little Prairie Schools. On March 21, 1960, R.V. enlisted in the United States Army. He was honorably discharged on February 21, 1963. He worked in the oilfield for twenty-two years and retired in 1991. R.V. married Shirley Carver. They were happily married for seventeen years. R.V. enjoyed fishing and working on home projects. He is survived by: his wife, Shirley, of the home; daughter, Remona Davis and husband Douglas of Eufaula; granddaughter, Alisa Bishop and great grandchildren, Carter, Mason, Dodge, Cayden, Zayd and Jaxon. He is preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Lelena Guard.
