Roxanne Mcelvogue

Roxanne McElvogue, 56, of Eufaula, passed away on May 8, 2019 at the St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Roxanne was born on February 3, 1963 in Cleveland, Ohio to Billy Ray and Rosalie Ann (Knickman) Jacobs. She graduated from Wetumka High School in 1981, where she had many friends. Roxanne met and married Timothy McElvogue. They lived in Germany for several years during his service with the United States Air Force. She then made her home in Eufaula, Oklahoma. Roxanne worked as a waitress and caregiver for her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed going to the casino, gardening, and helping take care of her nieces and nephews. Roxanne cared for all and will be missed by all. Survivors include: her parents, Billy and Rosalie Jacobs, of the home; two brothers: Robert Jacobs, of Eufaula, OK; and Mitchell Jacobs, of Quinton, OK; three sisters: Mandy Tallon, Beth Stone, both of Eufaula, OK; and Tina French, of McAlester, OK; and one special little girl, Nora Jacobs. She is preceded in death by her brother, William Raymond Jacobs; nephew, Kyle Jacobs, and sister in-law, Roxanne Byrne Jacobs.
