Orvis Ross Neal, 84, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2020, at his home. Ross was born on April 7, 1936, in Eufaula, Oklahoma the son of Isom "Bill" Slaughter and Lourina (Creekmore) Neal. He attended Artusee School and also attended a heating and air trade school in Wichita, Kansas. On June 27, 1955, Ross married Wanda Faye McGee. They were happily married sixty-four years. They resided in Wichita, Kansas from 1955-1980. They then moved to Eufaula, Oklahoma where he opened his own business, Neal's Refrigeration for fifty years and also raised cattle. Survivors include: his wife, Wanda Neal, of the home; two daughters: Sharon Grace of Wichita, KS and Lisa Neal of Eufaula; his sisters, Pauline Alexander of Jay, OK, Betty Lou Curran of Checotah, OK and Anna Sue Hampton of Stidham; 9 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, one son, Orvis Ray Neal in 2011, a great grandson, Marcel Williams and his brothers, Don Neal and Bill Neal.
