Ronald Dale Oliver

Ronald Dale Oliver, 81, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2023, at his home. Ronald was born on June 15, 1942, in Lookeba, Oklahoma, the son of Virgil Willard and Velma Maxine (Hawkins) Oliver. He graduated from Apache High School in 1960. Ronald enlisted in the United States Army on June 24, 1960 and was honorably discharged on June 21, 1963. On September 9, 1960, Ronald married Lura Nell "Nellie" Turpin in Apache, Oklahoma. They were happily married for 63 years. He and Lura moved to Moore, Oklahoma in 1967 and sold their home in 2005 to retire to Eufaula, Oklahoma. Ronald was a member of the Texanna Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include: his wife, Lura Nell "Nellie", of the home; son, Bryan Oliver and wife Denise of Moore; son in law Richie Reyes of Blanchard; sister, Cheryl Wells of Eufaula; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Virgil and Velma Oliver and a daughter Tracey Oliver Reyes.
