Robert Starr

Robert Leland Starr, Sr., 65, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018, at his home. Robert was born on May 25, 1952, in Talihina, Oklahoma, the son of Wilbur Edward and Mattie Marie (Pope) Starr. He graduated from W.H. Adamson High School in Dallas, TX. Robert attended Bacone College and later enlisted in the United States Air Force. Robert worked for Napa Warehouse in Tulsa and then transferred to a Napa store in San Antonio. He attended the West Eufaula Indian Baptist Church. Survivors include: his sons, Robert Starr, Jr. of Eufaula, Jason Starr of Union City, and Keith Alexander of Fort Cobb; his daughter, Autumn Michelle Starr of San Antonio and one grandson, Joshua Starr; his sisters, Ramona Ward and husband Alfred of Dallas, TX, Robin Starr of Wewoka, OK and Regana Sellers and husband Tony of Red Oak, TX, and his brother, Richard Starr and wife Debra of Dallas. He is also survived by numerous cousins and other extended family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur and Mattie Pope Starr, his brothers, Raymond Starr and Robert Fields, and Reuben Leroy Starr.
