Robert "Mike" Michael Jones

Robert Michael "Mike" Jones, 73, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024, at the Eufaula Manor Nursing Home. Robert was born on July 22, 1950, in McAlester, Oklahoma, the son of Robert Harold and Imogene (McElhaney) Jones. He graduated from Canadian High School in 1968. Mike was a golden glove champion boxer from high school in to his college days. He received his associates degree in physical education from Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton and later attended Southeastern in Durant. Mike later became a real estate agent. He loved fishing, sports, karaoke and spending time with his family.

Survivors include: his daughters, Terri Creekmore and husband Gary of Canadian, Oklahoma, Ashley Jones of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; stepchildren, Brandi Johnson and Jason Brown both of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; sisters, Lanecia Bedford and husband Jerry of Canadian, Oklahoma, and Janetta Pinson and husband Doug of Canadian, Oklahoma; and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
