Robert Joseph Wilson

Robert Joseph Wilson, Jr. was born on March 16, 1962 in Mangum, Oklahoma to Margie Ann and Bob Wilson. He went to be with the Lord on November 12, 2014. Robert is survived by his son, Adam and L.J. Wilson of Checotah, daughter, Sarah and Bobby Parson of Eufaula, daughter Amanda and Will Burns of Pauls Valley and son Aaron Wilson of Eufaula, grandchildren, Tristen, Dylan and Oliver Parsons, Lillian and Dimitrius Burns and Jericho, Hunter and Joshua Wilson. His mother, Margie Ann and his father Bob and Janice Wilson also survive him. He is also survived by his brothers, Brian and Becky Wilson of Eufaula, James and Ann Wilson of McAlester, Mark and Melissa Wilson of Maud, his stepbrothers Jerry and wife Loretta and Robert Alfred of Checotah, his nephews, Hunter, Brian, Mark, Seth, Wesley, Eric, Drew, Brian and Jordan, his nieces, Bobby Jo and Josh Parker, Cassie and Chad Bascue, Cherokee Wilson, Donna and Steve Mathews, Cassandra Smith and Ericka Smith. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and loved ones. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ray and Odessa Nixon and Lucille and Orran Wilson. Robert graduated from Eufaula High School in 1980. He mastered many trades welding, truck driving, carpentry, mechanic and cooking in which he provided for his family. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding four wheelers, gardening, quilting and cooking for family gatherings. He also enjoyed playing the guitar. He especially loved being with his grandchildren and family.
