Bob was born on March 18, 1939 in Walters, Oklahoma to Robert and Betty Gunn. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, wood work, cooking, and spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. Bob also loved to build dune buggies. He was a member of the Sandblasters Dune Buggy Club of Oxnard, California. By trade, Bob was a carpenter and was a lifelong member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and joiners of America. He will be deeply missed by all. Survivors include: his wife of 44 years, Margaret, of the home; three sons, Randy and wife, Glenna, of McMinnville, Oregon; Rick, of Mill City, Oregon; Troy and wife, Paula, of Wichita Falls, Texas; six grandchildren, Joel, Calvin, Lyndsey, Robert, Hannah, and Kinsey; six great grandchildren, Dominique, Emma, Alaric, Riley, Bailey, and Hunter; three sisters, Darla Shipp; LaNita Willard, both of Perkins, Oklahoma; and Judy Willard and husband, Cotton, of Hanford, California; Uncle George Gunn and wife, Ava; Aunt Jane Bills; and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Gunn; his mother, Betty; and stepfather, Troy Gatlin; and two brothers, Bill and Burl Gunn. A memorial service is pending and will be announced at a later date. Cremation services were under the direction of Hunn Black & Merritt Funeral Home & Crematory.
