Bob was born on December 17, 1943 in Eufaula, Oklahoma to Morris Albert and Leona (Dabbs) Frazier. He attended elementary through high school at Eufaula, but graduated from Wichita Falls, Texas in 1961. Bob attended college at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He enlisted in the United States Air Force on January 11, 1964 serving during Vietnam, before being honorably discharged on January 8, 1965. Bob retired from Doyle Land Services, where he worked as a Right of Way Representative in New Orleans, LA. Survivors include: his two sons, Jared Frazier and wife, Amy, of Topeka, KS; Phillip Frazier and wife, Rachael, of Broken Arrow, OK; one daughter, Leah Young and husband, Luke, of Edmond, OK; two sisters, Loretta Winn and husband, Gerald, of Blountville, TN; Patty Powell and husband, Johnny, of Okmulgee, OK; two brothers, Mike Frazier, of Muskogee, OK; Michael Frazier, of Portland, OR; two half sisters: Becky Sheppard and husband, Wayne, of Shreveport, LA; and Gemma Smith and husband, Don, of Muskogee, OK; and six grandchildren: Parker Green, Justin Green, Julia Young, Scarlett Frazier, Haley Weitz, and Riley Frazier. He is preceded in death by his parents, Morris and Leona Frazier; and one brother, John Petersen.
