Regina Kay Casey, 57, of Eufaula, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021, at her home. Regina was born on March 29, 1963, in McAlester, Oklahoma, the daughter of Richard Donald and Janet Elizabeth (Pirtle) Casey. She graduated from Canadian Public Schools in 1981. In 1981, Regina received her Certified Nurses Aid Certificate. She worked at the Eufaula Manor Nursing Home for thirty-eight years. Regina was an active member and one of the founders of the First Apostolic Church of Longtown. She served on the church board and acted as youth treasurer. Survivors include: her mother, Janet, of the home; her brother, Rick Casey of Eufaula; her sisters, Tammy Rogers and husband Stanley of Crowder and Janetta Klutts and husband Stanley of Okemah; eight nieces and nephews, Larry Williams, Megan Grey, Richard Casey III, Sage Richel and husband Jesse, Cheyenne Klutts, Nicholas Casey, Gus Klutts and wife Amanda and Dalton Rogers; her great nieces and nephews, Alexia McCoy, Landon Grey, Emilee Grey, Mattie Grey, Keaton Givens, Karsyn Richel, Ketcher Richel and Cadence Richel. She is preceded in death by her father, Richard Donald Casey, Sr. in 2017.
