Reba Ella Shaver, 89, of Longtown passed away on February 14th, 2018 at Eufaula Manor. Reba was born on May 27, 1928 in Eufaula to Jim and Cecil (Mathis) Cobb. Reba attended Eufaula public schools. On January 22, 1944, Reba married Dale Shaver at the courthouse in Eufaula. Reba had 11 kids and loved her family most. She loved to cook, sew, and gardening. Reba was famous for her fried pies, people came from all over for them. She also canned and was famous for her chicken and dumplings and her fried potatoes. Reba loved embroidery and read her bible a lot. She is survived by: her sons, Roger Dale Shaver and Wife Diana of Canadian, and Raymond Dewayne Shaver and wife Janice of Longtown; daughters, Margaret Lemons and husband Monroe, Judy Pearce and husband Hoyal, Phyllis Hamilton and husband Rickie, Christine Ford and husband Steve, and Debra Roberts and husband Ricky, all of Longtown; sister, Lorene Mann of Checotah; sister in laws, Bonnie Shaver, Katherine Shaver, and Louise Lusby; 33 grandchildren, 57 great grandchildren, and 16 great great grandchildren and a host of numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by: her husband, Dale, on July 17, 1994; her parents, Jim and Cecil Cobb; 3 sons, Jerry, Douglas, and David; 1 daughter, Rita; 4 brothers, Samuel, Martin, J.C., and D.C. Cobb; 4 sisters, Rosie, Ruth Smith, Margaret, and Katherine; and 3 grandchildren, Carla Spears, Robert Coffey, and Anthony Shaver
