Randall Gene Tolbert

On Thursday, January 14, 2021, Randall Gene Tolbert, loving husband and father of three children, entered Heaven at age of 64. Randall was born on April 20th, 1956 in Claremore, OK to Eugene and Maxine (England) Tolbert. He attended Crowder Schools and graduated from Indianola High School in 1975. He married the love of his life, Loretta, at age 16 on January 4, 1973, and raised two daughters, Julie and Tifany, and one son, Wesley. Randall loved God, family, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He loved listening to Gospel and classic country music. He is survived by his wife Loretta, of the home; daughter, Tifany Gean Tolbert-Chapman and husband Andrew, of Cleveland; son, Wesley Eugene Tolbert and wife, Darcy, of Terlton; four grandchildren, Mersadies Clewien, Atticus Chapman, Kayson and Kolson Tolbert; three sisters, Judy Mulliniks, of Eufaula, Colleen Tolbert and Darlene Tolbert, of Canadian Shores, and Kelli Oss, of Canadian Shores; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William Burr and Iva Newell (Bean) England; his paternal grandparents, General Dewey Sr. and Jennie (Lowe) Tolbert, daughter, Julie Joan Tolbert, brother, Timothy Dean Tolbert, and sister Kathy Arlene (Tolbert) McNabb.
