Phyllis Lee Nelms

Phyllis was born on August 19, 1949 in Monroe, Louisiana to David and Ima Lee Williams. On March 20, 1970, she married Steven C. Nelms in McAlester, Oklahoma. They were happily married for over forty-five years. Phyllis was a member of the Community Cultural Church in Eufaula, Oklahoma. Survivors include: her husband, Steven Nelms, of the home; son, Jeremy Nelms and wife, Rebecca, of Eufaula, OK; sister, Lucy Williams, of Checotah, OK; eight grandchildren; and one great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents, David and Ima Lee Williams.
