Peggy Lee Bumgarner, 69, of Eufaula, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019. Peggy was born on March 30, 1950 in Checotah, Oklahoma to Joe and Wanda Lee (Blevins) Marshall. She graduated from Eufaula High School in 1968. On November 16, 1968, Peggy married Hershel Bumgarner. They were happily married for fifty years. She was a homemaker all her life, caring for her family. Peggy was a member of The Pentecostals of Eufaula for forty-nine years. Survivors include: her husband, Hershel Bumgarner, of the home; son: James Michael Bumgarner and wife, Mary, of Wharton, TX; daughters: Belinda Alba and husband, Victor, of Houston, TX; Angela Fleming and husband, Ricky, of Eufaula, OK; and Nancy Foster and husband, Matthew, of Houston, TX; nine grandchildren: Chasati, Micah, Malachi, Jonathan, and Jordan Bumgarner, Victoria Alba, Tiara and Macie Fleming, and Olivia Foster; and one sister, Cathy Morrow, of OKC, OK. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Wanda Marshall; and brothers: Joe Allen and Howard Marshall.
