Patricia "Pat" Shipman, 74 years young, of Eufaula, passed away on December 18, 2019. Pat was born on April 7, 1945 in Nashville, TN to Harvey and Georgia (Bennett) Carrell. She was the 9th of fourteen children. On August 3, 1961, Pat married William "Bill" Shipman, married 39 1/2 years at the time of his death. Pat was a cosmetologist, in her early years. She worked in nursing facilities, she always took care of people through her life. In her later years she was an active member of the Texanna Fire Department in Eufaula. She served as President and Honorary Vice President. She loved working in the kitchen, decorating anything that had to do with Texanna Fire Department. She loved God, and gave her heart and life to God in 2014. She was a member of the Texanna Assembly of God. She loved her family unconditionally, God, and life. Pat was survived by her daughter, Beverly and Steven Penick, of Eufaula, OK; daughter, Tommie and James Boone, of Nashville, AR; two granddaughters: Cicyli King, of Lockesburg, AR; and Summer and Josh Marcum, of Umpire, AR; four great grandchildren: Jadin, Isaac, Masea, and Sawyer; brothers: Jack and Christine Carrell; Kenneth and Mildred Carrell, both of Clarksville, TX; sisters: Mary Nell Owens, of Cleveland, VA; and Darlene and CL Friend, of Floresville, TX; numerous nieces and nephews, who she loved dearly; special niece, Margaret Carlton, of Eufaula, OK; special nephews: Phillip Nicholson, of Eufaula, OK; Buster Walker, of Mustang; Stevie Walker, of OKC, OK; and all of her Church family. She is preceded in death by her husband and love of her life, William "Bill" Shipman; her parents, Harvey and Georgia Carrell; mother and father in-law, Ruth and Elvis Stansbury; brothers: Nolan, Bobby, James, and Randall; and sisters: Vada, Marie, Gracie, Sharon, and Julie. She loved life and everyone.
