Nellie Lucille Renfrow

Nellie Lucille Renfrow, 86, of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, passed away on October 22, 2015 at home. Nellie was born on April 7, 1929 in Boynton, Oklahoma to Frank and Joanna (Cloud) Miller. She attended college in Independence, Kansas for two years. On January 31, 1947, Nellie married Wymath "WC" Cecil Renfrow, who preceded her in death on June 6, 2010. They were happily married for over sixty-three years. She worked at the Creek Nation Boarding School in Eufaula, as the secretary at the Oklahoma State Highway Department, at the Oklahoma State Department for the Blind, and later on the Tulsa County Election Board. Nellie stopped working so she could babysit her grandchildren. She was also a Sunday School Teacher at the Eufaula First Baptist Church, where she attended. Nellie also attended Angus Acres Baptist Church in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Survivors include: daughters: Nora Jean Renfrow, of Sand Springs, OK; Leslie Nelson and husband, David, of Eufaula, OK; grandchildren: Zandria Reheard and husband Eli; Jetta Pagnotta and husband Tim; and Joe Oates; great grandchildren: Yvette Oates; Elianna Reheard; and Olivia Pagnotta; and a host of nieces and nephews.
