Nancy Jeane Cissna

Nancy Jeane Cissna, 82, of Longtown, passed away Monday, January 11, 2021, at her home. Nancy was born on April 1, 1938, in Alameda County, California, the daughter of John and Hazel (Williams) Mustain. She lived in Oregon for 45 years before moving to Oklahoma. Nancy worked in retail. Survivors include: her mate, Charles Lowrey, of the home; her sons, Carl Springer and Bill Gendron both of Oregon; her daughters, Elly Overstreet and Debbie Schmolinger both of Oregon and Mary Wilson of Arizona; her brother, Larry Mustain of California; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, William Mustain. Memorial services will be held in Oregon at a future date.
