Mildred Leona Needham

Mildred Leona (Rice) Needham, 87, of Quinton, passed away on Saturday, February 26,2022 at her home. Mildred was born on December 14, 1934 in Eufaula, Oklahoma to Royce Alex and Ellen (Smith) Rice. She attended school in Eufaula. On July 21, 1954, Mildred married Tommy Joe Needham. They were happily married for almost forty-nine years, before he preceded her in death on April 27, 2003. She was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church. Survivors include: children: Deryl and Crystal Needham; Doug and DeAnn Needham; Terry and Terry Shafer; Timmy and JoAnn Needham; Kelly and Tina Needham; J.R. and LeAnna Needham; and James Needham; nineteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; sister, Edith Byrd and brother, Wilson Rice. She is preceded in death by her parents, Royce and Ellen Rice; three sisters, one brother, son: Tommy Joe Jr., one grandson, one son in-law, and four great grandchildren.
