Mechelle Renee White

Mechelle Renee White, 46, of Eufaula, passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at the St. Johns Medical Center in Tulsa. Mechelle was born on December 30, 1971, in Joplin, Missouri, the daughter of Harold Clark and Shirley Mae (Duket) Dresslaer. She graduated from Memorial High School in Tulsa, in 1990. She then attended Broken Arrow Beauty College and graduated in 1992. She married Philip Thomas White on June 20, 1992. They were happily married for twenty-six years. In 1993, Mechelle and Philip moved to Florida. They returned to Tulsa in 1996 and moved to Eufaula in 2003. Mechelle was a member of the Church on the Move. Mechelle loved spending time with her family hunting, fishing, going to Disney World and being at the ocean. Survivors include: her husband, Philip, of the home; her father, Harold Dresslaer, her mother and step-father, Shirley and Bill Powell; her sons, Justin White and wife Brittany of Crowder and John Boyer and wife Lindsey Westfall of Canadian; daughter, Katelyn Kelley and husband Jacob of Eufaula; brothers, Matt Dresslaer and wife Carrie of Nixa, Missouri, Dan Dresslaer and wife Lois of Clever, Missouri, and Scott Dresslaer and wife Amy of Carthage, Missouri; and five grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Kelsey White; her grandparents, Harold and Martha Dresslaer; her cousins, Russell Bowden and Jesse Bollar; her father in law, Pete White; her brothers in law, Kevin White and Frank Critz; and uncle Denny White; her grandparents, Guy and Myrtle Duket, her aunt Jean McDonald and her uncles, Harry Duket, Earl Duket and Claude Duket.
