Mary Oleta Foley

Mary Oleta Foley, 85, of Eufaula, passed away on November 21, 2017 in McAlester, Oklahoma. Oleta was born on November 7, 1932 in Hico, Texas to Clarence Leslie and Ruth (Houser) Parks. She graduated from Indiahoma High School in 1950. On October 15, 1968, Oleta married Andrew "Andy" Foley in Reno, Nevada. They were happily married for almost forty years before he preceded her in death on June 25, 2008. She worked for an Abstract/Title Company in California. Oleta loved to crochet, quilt, and babysit animals. Survivors include: one son, David Parks Blackburn, of Fallon, NV; three brothers: Durward Parks and wife, Faye, of Mountain View, OK; CL Parks and wife, Catherine, of OKC, OK; and Howard Parks and wife, Carolyn, of Tecumseh, OK; and two sisters: Peggy Turnbull, of Australia; and Doris Stillman and husband, Tom, of St. Louis, MO. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Ruth Parks; husband, Andrew "Andy" Foley; brother, Leslie; and sister, Annette.
