L.V. Smith

L.V. was born on January 19, 1951 in Eufaula, Oklahoma to Monte and Louella (Rock) Smith. He attended school at Eufaula. On January 20, 1973, L.V. married Becky Porter, who preceded him in death on August 5, 2014. They were happily married for over forty-one years. He worked as the plumbing supervisor for Creek Nation for over twenty years. L.V. also painted cars. He loved to dance and fish. Survivors include: sons: Scott Smith and wife, Cindy, of Okmulgee, OK; Daniel Smith and wife, Ramona; and Eric Smith and wife, Tonya, both of Eufaula, OK; daughter, Alisa Montgomery and husband, Steven, of Little Rock, AR; sisters: Ann Hunter, of Tyler, TX; and Evelyn Smith Pollard, of Eufaula, OK; sisters in-laws: Judy Loveless and husband, Mike, of Newalla, OK; Brenda Clanin and husband, Jim, of Bethany, OK; Ronda Glass and husband, Mike, of OKC, OK; eleven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Monte and Louella Smith; brother, Sonny Smith; and sister, Mary Birdie Smith.
