Lois Marsene Long

Lois Marsene Long, 84, of Eufaula, passed away on August 14, 2018 at her home. Lois was born on May 11, 1934 in Eufaula, the daughter of Ray and Virgie (Lewallen) Burns. On June 21, 1952, Lois married Russell Long in Eufaula. She was a member of the Eufaula First Assembly. Survivors include: her husband, Russell T. Long, of the home; daughter, Karen Beck and husband Bill of Eufaula; brother, Raymond Burns and wife Lois of Eufaula; sisters, Gwen Grubbs of Stigler, and Fern Patterson of Sapulpa; grandchildren, Julie Soto, Cindy Phillips, Bobby Hogue Jr., and Cheryl Hogue; great grandchildren, Hannah Lowry, Mark Lowry, Bryan Lowry, Edward Phillips, Dennon Soto, Ashlynn Soto, and Bridget Hogue all of California. She is preceded in death by her parents, 2 infant siblings, a brother and sister; and a nephew, Terry Burns.
