Linda K. Phillips

Linda K. Phillips "Nana", 71, of Checotah, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, September 2, 2022, at her daughter's home. Linda was born on October 2, 1950, in Checotah, Oklahoma, the daughter of Robert and Zelma Irene (Leader) Phillips. She attended Checotah Public Schools and lived near Checotah all of her life. She married Charles Don Ward "Indian". He preceded her in death. She worked as a clerk for the Wal Mart pharmacy.

Survivors include: her daughter, Traci Ford, of Lenna; three grandchildren, Kara Palmer, Emily Ford and Daci Ford; two great grandchildren, Kannon and Tinsley Palmer; brothers and sisters, Jay Phillips and wife Janie of Catoosa and family, Jerry Phillips and wife Kim of Checotah and family, Barbara Gordon of Checotah and family, Phillis Matthews and family of Catoosa, Terry Phillips of Checotah and family, Lola Phillips of Checotah and family Bill Phillips and wife Becky of Checotah and family; She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Don Ward "Indian"; parents, Robert and Zelma Phillips; brother, David Phillips; nieces, Samantha Phillips and Misty Phillips; nephews, Nathan Addington and Bobby Gordon; son-in-law, David W. Ford and brother in law, Deryl Gordon.

Lunch will be served at the Onapa Baptist Fellowship Hall after the graveside service.
