Lila Rose West

Rose was born on April 3, 1937 in Quinton, Oklahoma to Alvin and Maude (Benson) Spicer. She attended Quinton Public Schools and two years at Connor’s State College in Warner, Oklahoma. Rose was a member of the Lindsey Chapel Baptist Church on Texanna Road. Survivors include: one son, Dan West and wife, Lisa, of Tahlequah, OK; one daughter, Deborah Turner and husband, Tim, of Eufaula; one sister, Levette Ford, of Quinton, OK; six grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Maude Spicer; one sister, Truette Ford; three brothers: Allen, Orden, and Marlin Spicer; and one granddaughter, Kristi Rose Nannette West.
