Leland Dale Clark

April 4, 1945 — June 26, 2013

Leland was born on April 4, 1945, in Chickasha, Oklahoma the son of Fount Edward and Francis Corene (Quate) Clark. Leland served his country proudly as a member of the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as a metal leather and plaster carpenter and was a member of the Carpenters Union for more than thirty-five years. On August 6, 1965, Leland married Lorena Gayle Brady in Moore, Oklahoma. They were happily married for forty-nine years. He loved to fish, hunt, and all types of carpentry work. He attended the First Free Will Baptist Church. Survivors include: his wife, Gayle, of the home; his son, Brett Clark and wife Brandy of Oklahoma City; his daughter, Gina Brunkhorst and husband Shawn of Oklahoma City; his mother, Francis Clark of Stigler; his sisters, Carolyn Heltzel and husband Mike of Muskogee and Reba Culley of Stigler; four grandchildren, Anthony, Donovan, Amelia Grace and Logan; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Fount Edward and two brothers: Gene and Lindell Clark.
