He also worked for the Oklahoma City Housing Authority for 20 years. Larry enjoyed life, he loved being with his family whenever he could. He had a big heart and helped everyone, in any way he could. Larry enjoyed many things in life, like going to breakfast with his siblings and friends every other Saturday. He enjoyed being at the lake and riding on his boat. Larry enjoyed sports, especially OU football. He loved his dogs unconditionally and loved them like his children. Larry would even bring home stray dogs just so he could take care of them and love them like his own. Larry spent the last ten years in Oklahoma City, with Connie. He loved his home in the city, because it had the backyard of his dream, with a pool included. Larry spent many summers in that pool, hanging out with family, and having fun. He retired in September of 2018, then he and Connie decided on a house of their dreams in Eufaula, Oklahoma. This is where Larry wanted to spend the rest of his life with Connie, and his family, dogs included. Larry lived a very fulfilling life, and enjoyed every minute of it. He will be forever loved and always missed.
