Larry O'Pecko

Larry O'Pecko, 64, of Stigler, passed away on July 29, 2019 at the St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Larry was born on July 18, 1955 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to William and Ethel Larie (Brown) O'Pecko. He was raised by a very special stepfather Charles Glasgow. He graduated from Midwest City High School in 1972. Larry received his Bachelor's Degree in Design Engineering from Oklahoma State University. On February 8, 1994, he married Peggy Sue Weygandt in Oklahoma City. They were happily married for over twenty-five years. Larry started his career at American Trailer. He worked for many trailer manufacturers and retired from Elite Trailers after over thirty years of designing and engineering trailers. He loved to hunt and ride his motorcycle. Larry also enjoyed just being at the lake sitting on his porch and talking about his grandkids. Survivors include: his wife, Peggy O'Pecko, of the home; son, Denny Sanders and wife, Brandy, of Hartshorne, OK; daughters: Alanna O'Pecko, of Lake Tahoe, CA; and Ashlee O'Pecko Richardson, of Purcell, OK; seven grandchildren: Antaun, Michul, Nick, Chyenne, Macie, Cody and Olivia; and one great grandson, Carson. He is preceded in death by his parents.
