Larry Don Talley, 73, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away at his home Thursday, August 27, 2020. Larry was born on January 8, 1947, in Norman, Oklahoma, the son of Birch and Effie (Martin) Talley. He attended Lexington High School and met his high school sweetheart Marilyn who went to Purcell High School. They married on February 13, 1964, in Purcell, Oklahoma and were happily married for fifty-six years. Larry worked at Dayton Tire/Firestone for twenty-five years. He loved to play baseball and softball, enjoyed visiting with people and loved drinking malts. He also enjoyed fishing and being on the lake. Survivors include: his wife, Marilyn, of the home; his daughter, Annette Haben and husband Steven of Yukon; his brothers, Vic, Lindell, Bob, Junior, Erb and Joe all of Oklahoma City; his sister, Rita Fae of Georgia; three grandchildren, Tiffany, Matthew and Hannah and three great grandchildren, Hadlee, Landree and Beckham. He is preceded in death by his parents, Effie and Birch Talley and his siblings, Anna Lee, Vera Mae, Jack and Darlene.
