Kevin Cleo Watkins, 62, of Red Oak, passed away on December 26, 2018 at his home. Kevin was born on April 18, 1956 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Floyd Ray and Thelma Arlene (Harris) Watkins. He attended Eufaula Public Schools. On December 9, 2009, Kevin married Judith Anne McRimmon in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. They were happily married for nine years. He worked as an oilfield worker. Survivors include: his wife, Judith Watkins, of the home; two sons: Joshua Kevin Watkins, of Sallisaw, OK and Kevin Joe Watkins, of Eufaula, OK; one step son, Cleveland Wisdom, of Texas; one daughter, Nacosha Virginia Shifflett and husband, Michael, of Crozet, VA; brothers: Jimmy Ray Watkins, of Hartshorne, OK; Tony Joe Watkins, of Stidham, OK; Ernest Watkins, of Eufaula, OK; sister, Kathy Lynn Dailey, of Eufaula, OK; nine grandchildren: Joshua Daniel Watkins, Billy Floyd Watkins, Colt Jeremiah Watkins, Aspen Shifflett, Garrett Shifflett, Andrea Shifflett, Chloe Shifflett, Kaylee Watkins, and Ty Watkins. He is preceded in death by his parents, son, Jason Jeremiah Watkins; and maternal grandparents, Elmer and Pearl Harris.
