Juanita Faye Chapman

Juanita was born on March 7, 1932, in Checotah, Oklahoma the daughter of William and Lillian (Townsend) Ward. She graduated from Eufaula High School. Juanita worked as a waitress in the café until she married. On June 28, 1960, Juanita married Raymond Chapman in Wagoner, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death in January of 2002. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church. Survivors include her step-sons: Eugene Chapman of Jenks, OK; and Randy Chapman, of Davis, OK; step-daughter, Carolyn Sue Chapman, of McAlester, OK; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; her best friends: Joe Wilson and Elsie Rhine; special family member, Dorothy Rose and special niece Cathy Chapman. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Lillian Ward and her husband, Raymond Chapman
