Joyce Dean Cloud

Joyce Dean Cloud, 86, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2023. Joyce was born on October 7th, 1937, in Healdton, Oklahoma, the daughter of Clifton Archie and Ruby Mary (Smith) Randolph. Joyce graduated from Adult School in Lompoc, California. She married Orville Morgan Cloud on January 8, 1955. Joyce was an artist and taught 4th grade art at the Lompoc Unified School District for two years. Joyce moved back to Oklahoma where she was active in the Eufaula Art Guild, served as the site director for the Senior Citizens Center. Joyce also enjoyed gardening. Joyce later married Jimmy Turner.

Joyce is survived by her son, Paul Cloud of Eufaula, Oklahoma; her daughter, Jennifer Cloud of Lompoc, California; grandchild, Avery Cloud; brother, Orbie Lee Randolph of Lompoc, California; sisters, Sarah Cathleen Brooks of Tehama, California and Margaret Hunt of Lancaster, California. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, Orville Cloud and Jimmy Turner, and a brother, Ray Lawrence Randolph.
