John Freeland Dominic

John was born on February 18, 1968 in McAlester, Oklahoma to William James and Patricia Ann (Moore) Dominic. He attended and graduated from Eufaula High School in 1986. John served in the National Guard. He worked as a policeman for the Okfuskee County Sheriff’s Department and the Eufaula Police Department. John was a member of the Little Coweta Indian Baptist Church. He enjoyed a good joke, fishing, and spending time with his kids, Johnathan and Alexis. Survivors include: one son, Johnathan Dominic; one daughter, Alexis Dominic, both of Sasakwa, OK; his mother, Patricia Sloan and husband, John, of Eufaula, OK; three brothers, Kenneth Dominic, of Norman, OK; Billy Dominic, of Sallisaw, OK; Danny Dominic, of Texas; one sister, Rachel Eden and husband, Fredie, of Eufaula, OK; two nieces: Victoria Eden and Teresa Dominic; two nephews: Fredie Eden Jr. and Jacob Eden; and a host of aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his father, William “Bill” Dominic; grandparents, Freeland “Buddy” and Maybell Moore; and two aunts, Sharon Kay “Ginger” Mustin; and Mary Ann Day.
