Joe Roy Parker

Joe was born on August 30, 1932 in Lenna, Oklahoma to James Lee and Nerva (Hayden) Parker. He attended school in Lenna, Oklahoma. On July 30, 1980, Joe married Janice Kaye Fullbright, who preceded him in death on May 6, 1989. He was a member of the Lenna Baptist Church. Joe loved to spend his time fishing. Survivors include: one brother, Jimmy Parker, of Eufaula, OK; two sisters: Dolly Jackson, of Stigler, OK; Beulah Phelps, of Tulsa, OK; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Janice; three sisters; and one nephew.
