Jillian Faith Mortensen

Jillian Faith Mortensen, 4, of Eufaula, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2012, at her home. Jillian was born on August 16, 2008, in Muskogee, Oklahoma the daughter of Seth David and Amber Michelle (Pittman) Mortensen. Jillian had attended Creek Nation Head Start and was currently attending Eufaula Elementary. She was a member of the Lighthouse Christian Center. Survivors include: her parents, Seth and Amber Mortensen of Eufaula; her brother, Gabriel Mortensen of the home; her maternal grandparents, Jeff and Felicia Eller of Council Hill and Chester and Dana Pittman all of Eufaula; her paternal grandparents, Sammy and Denise Jarvis of Eufaula; her maternal great grandparents, Ronnie and Cookie Eller of Checotah, Rusty and Marjorie Shipley of Eufaula and Buck and Jean Ewton of Broken Arrow; her paternal great grandparents, , and Ivonne Mathers of Eufaula. Jillian is preceded in death by her paternal great grandparents, Chester Sr. and Gloria Pittman, her aunt, Jillian Renee Mortensen, cousins, Sammy Spradling and Rachel Ewton, a great great grandmother, Velma Green.
