Jeffie Sylvester Lambert

Jeffie Sylvester Lambert, 88, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022, in Muskogee. Jeffie was born on November 2, 1933, in Calvin, Oklahoma the son of Clen Harvy and Lillie (Grant) Lambert. He attended school at Fame. He was drafted in the United States Army serving in the Korean War and was honorably discharged. Jeffie worked as a foreman for the City of Eufaula and also served on the Eufaula Fire Department. On August 17, 2008, Jeffie married Glennie Tate in Hanna, Oklahoma. He was a member of the Hanna Assembly of God. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include: his wife, Glennie, of the home; children, Daniel "Dan" Lambert, Cathy Jennings, Johnny Lambert and wife Barbara, Jeff Alan "PK" Lambert and wife Julie Edwards, and stepchildren, James McGuire and wife Katie and Kristine Fowler and husband John; sisters, Carolyn Shelley and Shelia Jones; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; his late wife, Betty; brothers, Lee Lambert, Cecil Ray Lambert, and a step great grandson, Terry "Tra" Abreo, Jr.
