Jeanette Grider

To honor the memory of Jeannette Grider, 61, of McAlester, OK. Jeannette was born in Muskogee, OK to Otis Milford and Dorothea Olene (Owens) Scroggins on February 4, 1954 and passed away on August 13, 2015 in Tulsa, OK. She graduated from McAlester High School and worked in sales/advertising most of her life. "One of a kind, unforgettable, and free spirited" are just a few of the words used to describe her. Without any questions, she would always offer a helping hand or a home cooked meal to anyone who needed it. She enjoyed bowling, traveling and spending time with her family. She is survived by daughters: Heather Grider and Bryan Grayson of Tulsa, OK; Alesha Dodd and husband, Jeff of Collinsville, OK; brother, Kelly Scroggins of McAlester, OK; sisters Lissa Schultz of Oklahoma City, OK; Donnetta Rivers and husband, Karl of Eufaula, OK, four grandchildren Braxton, Kylar, Taylor & Branden, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, one twin sister, Jeannie Gayle, two infant brothers and brother, Milford.
