James Lee Palmer

James Lee Palmer, 91, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at his home. James was born on May 9, 1932, in McIntosh County, Oklahoma the son of Willie and Flossie (Lemons) Palmer. He served in the United States Air Force. James was the owner of Palmer Grocery and Bait. He worked as a storage supervisor for the Army Ammunition Plant.

Survivors include: his daughters, Cindy Cromley of Kansas City, MO, Sheri Lynn Yocham and husband Kevin of Broken Arrow, OK; sons, Billy Palmer and wife Tammy of McAlester, OK and James Richard Palmer of Texas; six grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. He is also survived by a host of friends. James is preceded in death by his parents, a sister Barbara Hope of Oklahoma City and a daughter Bonita "Sue" Shaw of Sand Springs.
